Bookings

Booking the Mindset Retreat is easy simply register and pay 50% of the total package cost for your chosen 3, or 4 night package.
The remaining 50% of the Mindset Retreat fees must be paid within 10 days before your attendance. This will be deducted from your credit card provided. Alternatively, you may arrange a different payment method upon request. Contact Damian at damian@mindsetreats.com for alternative payment options.

Cancellation and Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel the retreat for any reason up to 20 August (due to accommodation booking arrangements with Eco-Beach Resort). If we cancel the retreat in advance, we will refund your deposit in full. Mindset Retreats will not be liable for or reimburse you for your travel-related expenses during this event.
If you cancel your registration up after 20 August for any reason 50% of your deposit is refundable.

Medical, Travel and Associated Costs

By booking your spot on the Mindset Retreat you agree you will be totally liable for any and all medical, travel and associated costs in any circumstance. This means Mindset Retreat will not be liable for your medical attention if needed, airfares, accommodation, food and beverage, taxis, uber and other related travel costs.

We recommend you obtain personal travel insurance as a precaution for your own protection and peace of mind.

Note: Alcohol available at the resort is not included in the price of any Mindset Retreat. You are responsible for any additional meals or services not identified as part of the Mindset Retreat package you have purchased.

Resort Accommodation

Mindset Retreat will facilitate your accommodation booking as part of our service. You will be liable for all policies or additional costs related to the resort. Please access the resort’s website or contact their reservation office to familiarise yourself with their policies.

Dispute Resolution Process

We are committed to resolving disputes with our users promptly and fairly. If you have a dispute with us, we encourage you to first try to resolve it directly by contacting us at info@mindsetretreats.com.au

We will do our best to address your concerns and reach a mutually agreeable solution through informal communication.
