What is the 4 Nights / 3 Days Retreat Option?
The Eco Mindset Retreat provides you with an immersive weekend over 3 nights and 2 days that will leave you feeling regenerated and energised.
For those of you who have a little bit more time available you have the option of staying 4 nights and 3 days for the full Mindset Retreat Experience.
We explore Spirit using the Yoga framework as it has been understood in Eastern Cultures for centuries. Asana, or the physical movement component, is predominantly how we view Yoga in the West. However, that is only one of 8 ‘Limbs’ that lead us on our Spiritual Pathway.
